The fermentation tank designed by our factory is a standard tank type, which adopts a jacket type when the nominal volume is below 6m. The cooling or heating of fermentation gas is completed by a jacket. When the nominal volume is more than 6m, the cooling of the fermentation gas is carried out by vertical coils. We have made improvements in the connection of the coils inside the tank. This mainly avoids opening more holes on the tank body and creating blind spots. This continuous method has achieved satisfactory results in practical use.
