In a shell and tube condenser, temperature variations between the fluids inside and outside the tubes lead to differing temperatures in the shell and tube bundle. Significant temperature differences can induce thermal stress, potentially causing tube bending, breakage, or detachment from the tube sheet. To mitigate these risks, especially when temperature differentials exceed 50℃, implementing compensation measures is crucial.

Our range of tube sheet heat exchangers encompasses various designs to address these challenges:

  1. Fixed Tube Plate Heat Exchanger: With tube plates integrated at both ends, this model offers simplicity but is best suited for operations with minimal temperature differences and no shell-side mechanical cleaning requirements. For slightly larger temperature differences and moderate shell-side pressures, an elastic compensation ring can be incorporated to alleviate thermal stress.

  2. Floating Head Heat Exchanger: Featuring a floating tube plate end, this design completely eliminates thermal stress and allows for easy bundle extraction for mechanical cleaning and maintenance. Its versatility makes it widely applicable, albeit with a more complex structure and higher cost.

  3. U-Tube Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger: Each heat exchange tube is bent into a U-shape, fixed at both ends within the same tube plate, and partitioned into inlet and outlet chambers. This design eliminates thermal stress with a simpler structure than the floating head type but may limit tube-side cleaning accessibility.

  4. Eddy Current Hot Film Heat Exchanger: Leveraging the latest eddy current hot film technology, this innovative condenser enhances heat transfer efficiency by altering fluid motion. As the medium flows over the eddy current tube surface, it vigorously flushes the tube, boosting heat transfer to a maximum of 10000W/m²·℃. This structure also ensures corrosion resistance, high temperature and pressure tolerance, and anti-scaling properties. Unlike other heat exchangers with fixed directional flow channels, the swirling flow on the heat exchange tube surface increases convective heat transfer coefficients.
